Mykonos Lagoons

The Mykonos cluster is the latest development in the ambitious DAMAC Lagoons megaproject. The developer of the community, DAMAC Properties, is one of the leaders of luxury real estate in the UAE, for more than 20 years he has been selling premium residential complexes in the Middle East. The Mykonos project will recreate the bohemian atmosphere of a fashionable Greek resort and emphasize the beauty of the Mediterranean coast. The completion of the construction of the luxury cluster is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.

The new addition to the DAMAC Lagoons mega-community features elegant spacious townhouses with 4-5 bedrooms. The residences are complemented by their own plots, and the living area varies from 212 sq. m. m to 307 sq. m .

The exteriors and interiors of the Mykonos townhouses will be made in the spirit of a Greek island resort: in a light color palette, with open living spaces and panoramic windows. Each residence is created with a focus on comfort and practicality. The master plan provides for at least one balcony and terrace, laundry/pantry, separate kitchen, built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms and a private garden. There is a parking space for 1-2 cars on the spacious plot.

According to DAMAC Properties, in the second quarter of 2023, the minimum cost of a four-bedroom townhouse in the Mykonos cluster in DAMAC Lagoons is AED 2.47 million (USD 673 thousand). The price of a five—bedroom residence is AED 3.3 million (USD 893 thousand). Currently, townhouses in the Mykonos cluster can be purchased under a favorable payment plan from the developer — 80/20.
